YOUR ROLE

After a personalized training, you will be integrated into the local Sales Controlling department, which is itself attached to the Category & Performance Management team of Adhesives division of Henkel West Europe (France and BNL). You will report to the Head of Sales Controlling and you will participate in the operational and strategic management of the local division. Your main missions will be :

  • Monthly closing / Accruals vs Payments: reconciliation with Finance, communication with audit.
  • Following-up of promo coupons: provisions/payments/releases.
  • Forecasting, reviewing, anticipating risks of retailers’ accounts budget (trade terms).
  • Monthly reporting and improvement analysis of P&L (Sales, customer investments, Margin…)
  • Supporting Sales & Marketing team, developing specific tools and analysis.
  • Forecasting monthly Sales.
  • Monitoring of customer deductions.

Preferred experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have a Master’s degree in Finance & Controlling or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of full-time work experience in Finance Controlling or Sales Controlling.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and have strong analytical skills.
  • You have very good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably know how to use SAP and Power BI.
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.
  • Knowledge of the retail industry would be a plus.
